Flying Painter ships worldwide from Georgia with Aramex delivery and FedEx. We will handle your order within 1 business day or preorders within 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking code once your parcel will be sent.

Local delivery rates and shipping time

For Tbilisi: FREE for registered users and 7 GEL for non registered users (1 business day)

For regions: FREE for registered users and 9 GEL for non registered users (2-3 business days)

International delivery rates* and shipping time

Aramex — FREE shipping for registered customers on 300 EUR+ orders, for other orders delivery fee starts from 34 EUR* (3-6 business days)

Aramex economy — this method works only for most countries of Europe (except UK) and for USA, order total must be not more than 150 EUR, fee starts from 14 EUR* (10-12 business days)

Fedex and Fedex Pak — from 90 EUR* (3-5 business days)

Customs duties

Flying Painter is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fees. Depending on your countries' customs clearance rules you may be charged fees for goods purchased online. For clarifying that please inform yourself by contacting your local customs office. If the customer refuses to pay customs fees, he/she will be charged for delivery for return. 

Flying Painter can do all the paperwork and pay all the fees for you in case you contact us prior to shipping or even placing your order. We will tell you the fee for customs clearance, it may be added to your order or paid separately.

Returns

If you wish to return purchased good you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Refund will be issued on the same account form which a payment was done after we will receive and check returned goods. Customer covers the shipping cost for returns. Before returning the product or in case of any reclaim you must contact us on store@flyingpainter.com first with information regarding your return.
